Prenatal Yoga
This gentle and empowering class is designed specifically for expectant parents in all stages of pregnancy. Our prenatal yoga sessions offer a safe, supportive space to connect with your changing body, your breath, and your growing baby.
Through mindful movement, modified postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation, this class helps relieve common pregnancy discomforts—like back pain, fatigue, and swelling—while building strength, stability, and ease. It also supports emotional well-being, improves sleep, and prepares the body and mind for labor and postpartum recovery.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a welcoming community and experienced guidance to support you during this transformative time.
All trimesters and levels welcome. No previous yoga experience required.

Yoga with baby is all about being present and going with the flow- sometimes we do a lot and sometimes we get one pose in!
